Happy Holidays, and welcome back to the blog!

Hello friends, and Merry Christmas! 🎄❄️☃️🎁🦌 With only two days left …how are you celebrating this year? It’s a quiet Christmas for us, and we prepare a good meal, have fun with friends and family, and enjoy the season.  It’s 20 degrees on my side of the world, and the cold weather is here to stay. Remember to get plenty of rest and be sure to keep hydrated.

Last week, I posted a Christmas Holiday Bingo, so today, I’m sharing some of my “favorite” holiday movies.  If you’ve been on my blog for a while, you know my top genre is horror, followed by thriller and mystery, and yes, action movies (that list is coming soon).  I’ve never been “excited” about Christmas movies; however, there are some gems I’ve enjoyed over the years.

My Favorite Holiday Movies

My short list of eight is a combination of classic Christmas movies that range from action to horror and comedy.  I also can’t forget my favorite animated Christmas shorts like A Charlie Brown Christmas (you can’t tell me that dance scene isn’t hilarious), Hey Arnold! Arnolds Christmas, and those classic stop-motion movies (I grew up with these) like “The Year Without a Santa Clause,” “Santa Clause is Coming to Town,” and “Rudolph’s Shiny New Year.”  I don’t know why I love them so…but I don’t question it. It brings me joy.

I know you love them. So what are the Christmas movies you rewatch every year.

It’s so lovely to be home and relax, and while I still have work, my only goals are to get my house in order, prepare a good meal, and see some friends during my time off.  So, feet up, hot cocoa in hand, and my book on my lap ..that’s my holiday wish (oh yeah, and world peace) – LOL. Have a great weekend. — Peace (aka Everygreen-Frostypants)
