SYNOPSIS: A documentary crew visits Hell House to investigate what really happened 5 years earlier when 15 people were killed during a haunted house tour. (Rotten Tomatoes)
MY RATING: (★★★★) This documentary-style film was a blast because at some point I didn’t know what I was seeing. Low-budget, Blair Witch-esq film (that was popular during this time) with a Ghost Hunters/Haunting (TV show) vibe. It was a little hard to decipher what I was seeing or rather what I was trying to hide from. This movie is creepy as hell, as most of the reviews will tell you, it was a surprise because when you search for certain movies, you know they are bad, and that’s part of the reason you watch them. Hell House LLC didn’t get much buzz, because I discovered it during COVID in 2020, but it’s worth its weight as it delivers a credible horror film.
There are 3 films total but only the first two which are Hell House LLC, and Hell House LLC II: The Abaddon Hotel. All three can be streamed for free on Tubi.
With that said … Happy Viewing, and enjoy the movie!
