12 Days of Christmas – Day #8 – Gift Wrapping Ideas
Hello friends and Merry Christmas!
It’s Wednesday how is everyone today? I hope everyone is doing well today, enjoying some Christmas Holiday fun, and checking in with friends and family.
Brown paper packages tied up with string …we know the song, but when I was younger my Mom never used craft paper. I’m so glad we’ve made a return to using craft paper, and natural elements to top our gifts.
Yes, they only look pretty until the day, but I love wrapping and you don’t have to break the bank to make our presents look great.
Gift Wrapping Ideas from Pinterest
I always search for my favorite place for all things which is Pinterest but I’ve also found some great videos on YouTube as well. I know …no one needs to be told how to wrap a Christmas gift, I’m mainly looking for simple ways to adorn my gifts. With that said …on it goes!

I love watching how other folks style their gifts for the season and the everyday object they use. Such great ideas.

Some of My Gifts This Year
The black craft paper was really hard to work with, but brown is much easier. I also love all the pretty paper but sometimes I just want to use a little bit so I create a banding around the gift.
Velvet ribbons have been my go-to this year, so I used this on most of my gifts. I’m also using some DIY gift tags we made last year using black matting and some scrabble tiles.
Well friends I’ll end here. I’ll be back with more in the 12 Days of Christmas. Thanks so much for visiting, and Happy Holidays.
