31 Days of Halloween: Day #31 … Happy Halloween!
Welcome to Day #31 of the 31 Days of Halloween.
Halloween Quote
“Fear moves through all of us, and we decide when to surrender.” — Laurie Strode (Halloween Ends)
Hello friends and how are you? It’s a rainy dreary day here in the DMV and about right for the season. On this last day of October, we are having our festivities inside, with a few movies, a game or two, and a little candy.
I hope you’re doing something fun today for Halloween, staying motivated, and checking in with friends and family.
Today is a bittersweet day and the last day of the 31 Day of Halloween. Can you believe how fast October went by? Almost too fast to enjoy it. I loved creating this series for you, and yes the jury is still out on whether I’ll do this again next year, but if I do …I’ve already planned some spankin’ new posts and lists for you.
Today I’m highlighting some popular posts and looking back at the month.
I can’t have a month with no decor or style boards. I love putting these different styles and themes together, so I created a Hocus Pocus, and Target decor board. Also included my favorite t-shirts for Halloween.
Movie Reviews!
This was also the first time I’ve reviewed movies on the blog. While I’ve seen several films these two were new for streaming and in theaters. Check out Halloween Ends, My Best Friends Exorcism, and my Hellraiser movie reviews.
** Free Printables **
In the whirlwind of the month, I had time to create some printables. I’m still working on the layout of this page so it’s less clunky, but it’s always been something on my “to-do” list. Just a little time on Canva and you can make anything.
// Games & Trivia //
Games and trivia are always crowd-pleasers. My daughter and I love to do the trivia even if it’s just the two of us or a small gathering. I’ve also added these printable sheets on my “Free Downloads” page.
// The Podcast //
Last but certainly not least is the podcast. I put A LOT of work into creating this new podcast for the season. This podcast was all about local folklore from the “Old Line State” (Maryland).
Every Sunday I posted a new story, and due to the popularity of this podcast, I’m carrying it over to include the month of November. Stay tuned every Sunday for Chilling November Tales. I’m still working out the title, but that first episode will premiere on Sunday, November 4th.
** And so ends the 31 Days of Halloween **
I want to take this time to thank each and every one of the friends and new subscribers. I appreciate you’re continued support of this website. Thanks so much for visiting today and don’t forget to like and subscribe. I’m taking a much-needed blog break for the next few days, so have a great week. — Happy Halloween!
and start creating your next project! //
