Happy Sunday everyone! I’m back with another Podcast episode today. I’m going to try to keep to a bi-monthly schedule until March, and then I’ll evaluate to see whether or not I’ll continue.
I’ve struggled with sleep and the anxiety of not sleeping for years. I wanted to share my story today, and hopefully, anyone else who’s struggling with sleep and the lack thereof can gain a little clarity about this subject.

Thanks for the listen. It’s definitely not a cure-all for people that can’t sleep. It’s more of being ok with the sleep that I do get and trying not to focus so much on it that I stress myself out.
