Friday: DIYs To Keep You Busy
Hello Friends and Happy Friday from wherever you are! Thanks so much for visiting my blog today. I hope you stay awhile and consider subscribing.
If you’re part of the family…then Welcome Back! How are you today?
I hope everyone had a great week, and I hope you have a better weekend. This is just going to be my mantra … Stay positive, stay safe, be well, and keep your head up.
Even though I promised myself that I would try to make something, I just didn’t have time to sit down and get to it. So if I can’t make something I’ll share something.
Recently I had a blog-o-versary on WordPress, and what better way to commemorate that moment than with a post from the past. For about a year I would post DIY round-ups and what I was doing throughout the week. So I’m here today with this week’s happenings and some weekend DIYs to keep you busy.
Special thanks to my daughter “B”. There is no one like you on this earth, who gifted me on Administrative Professionals Day, which was this week. She takes such good care of me
What Happened This Week that I was so busy? Ok busy…not-busy here’s a snapshot.
[1] Weeknight Meal … This simple Sunday dinner carried over one more day and it was so simple and tasty. The sides are steamed rice in the bag, and green beans. I marinated the salmon for 1 hour and cooked at 375 for 30 minutes. Minced garlic, a splash of white wine vinegar, a tablespoon of brown sugar, tamari sauce, and a tablespoon of BBQ sauce. Season the fish with salt and pepper, and that’s it.
[2] Free-time is doll time, so since I have the time I go through my dolly clothing, and switch things around. Doll Specs … for my fellow nerds out there [Given Name] Mitsuki #3 [House] My Dolling [Doll Type] HeeAH [Body] Normal Skin (Korean resin normal) [Face] Type No. 4 [Year] 2015
[3] This pet food was a game-changer for me. As some of you know my cat has Thyroid problems and allergies. I know … poor monkey, but she was losing so much weight, and I tried just about every type of food (even home-cooked), which all gave her diarrhea. This is the one food that within 2 days made it normal. So if you’re looking for dry kibble for your cat or dog that is made with ethically sourced ingredients check out Open Farm. [4] And finally … how could I forget that my week began with this cut. I’m still getting used to it.
