Today I wanted a share a few of my favorite cooking shows on television and YouTube.

Wye’s Cooking Philosophy

When it comes to cooking I’m old school. My mom never used a recipe for anything, and she could bake and cook with ease.  I wanted to be able to have that skill but I had no patience for the baking.

The goal is to hone my baking skills and I started really simply with cookies over the holidays last year.  I still have several things on my list, but I now have the patience to do so.

Cooking comes a little easier because I can look at a recipe, remember the bulk of it, and adjust it to my liking.  That recipe then becomes one of my staples that I add to the collection of recipes.  It’s one of those miracle things I don’t question. (LOL)

Girl Meets Farm … Food Network

Molly Yeh is the star of Food Network’s new series Girl Meets Farm. Molly Yeh is a classically-trained musician, cookbook author, and blogger who has given up the streets of New York City to bring viewers to her home on a sugar beet farm in the Midwest to dazzle them with her obsession with food.

Donal Skehan

Donal is from Dublin, Ireland (currently living the LA life in California!) He is a food writer and a TV presenter on Star Kids on Food Network, and US Junior MasterChef on BBC One.  Donal brings us great recipes from Asian dishes to sweet treats and some great healthy cooking along the way! Sara Lynn Cauchon has more than 1.4 million followers and over 100 million video views, The Domestic Geek is one of YouTube’s most popular cooking shows. Fans adore host Sara’s fresh, fun, no-fuss style of cooking, and her easy recipes are big on flavor and have a healthful twist.
