It’s an awesome damn Friday!  I missed you and it’s so good to see you [LOL]. Hello my friends and excuse my foolishness.  I’m just so glad it’s Friday, and the weekend is here.

This week was a lot better for me.  Started my Monday with journaling and checking in about where I am right now.  I want to be cognizant of my what I’m feeling, so I’m not filled with all this anxiety about any obstacles coming my way. 

My daily affirmation this week is that happiness exists where I choose to look for it.  With that said, here’s a look at this week ending with that awesome Friday.

What Happened This Week?

[1] One hobby that I’ve been neglecting is my doll house.  It was extremely dusty.  I moved my dollies out, and everything in it and wiped it down good.  The top of this structure is my makeup vanity, so there’s always foundation where it shouldn’t be. 

At some point I’m picking up my diorama DIY’s again, but for now at least it’s clean.

[2] Starting adding in some Fall decor, and a few pumpkins and leaves here and there.  When I look at my Fall things, it just makes me happy and I can’t explain why.  I’m just riding the feeling.

[3] Went to Michael’s and Home Goods this week looking for Fall themed dish towels but came up empty.  I’m looking at the same signage and pumpkin decor from the last 3 years.  I’m gonna need them to up their game. [LOL]

[4] “B” treated me to another movie this week.  Hobbs & Shaw was extremely entertaining, and I enjoyed the chemistry between the two.  It also doesn’t hurt that Idris is in this movie.

Time To Decorate!

This season, just about every store has some type of Fall decor. Chalk paint pumpkins, buffalo check print pumpkins, pumpkins with greetings, wreaths, signage, foliage, I mean you name it.  It can be overwhelming, but you only need a few essentials to get the fall vibe in your space.
