Greetings and salutations on this gray Friday. I don’t get really heavy into politics or world happenings because everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but when you work in DC … it’s on the tip of everyone’s tongue. I just want to take a moment to pray and give positive vibes to all the government workers currently furloughed, my prayers go out to all the families and workers affected. To say that I’m blessed is an understatement because while my job isn’t perfect … I’m working, which is a blessing in disguise.
It’s been an interesting week, and although I’ve been busy … I just love the snow … TO LOOK AT [just to be clear]. I’m a rush-hour commuter so I don’t have to be in it for too long, which is just enough to make it look and feel like a Winter Wonderland. I haven’t even had time to really snap too many pictures this week, but I did start work on my Doll Diorama and I’m hoping to do more this weekend. Here’s the rewind.
I’m just starting to get through the Home Body book + Joanna Gaines My no-so-cluttered art area in my office I’m loving this hand cream from the Grown Alchemist, that was gifted to me for Christmas I’ve been cleaning and going through my folders, I found this picture that I developed a few years ago … if you’ve never processed a picture in a dark room, you’ll learn patience .. .and you’ll definitely learn about your camera. This picture is of one of my ball-jointed dolls. I’ve got everything ready to work on my diorama, and I love this image I took for a Holiday DIY, and with a little staging my headers come out unexpectedly awesome.
This whole week has been about updating my bedroom, so what better way to end it than to post a few DIY’s for your room.
Thanks so much for visiting my blog today, don’t forget to “like”, “comment”, and “follow”. Have a great weekend, and be blessed. — Peace —
