Hello Friends! I can’t believe how fast March flew by + and now we are already in April. So here is a quick look at my March favorites.
Shea Moisture 100% Raw Shea Butter | I’ve used a few raw shea butters and because they are raw they felt like powder and needed to be warmed before you could apply it. I like Shea Moisture’s brand it’s easy to apply and the 15 oz. size goes a long way because you don’t need a lot of it. It’s great after a bath or shower and dissolves quickly which is always a plus. This product retails for $15.99 and you can find it everywhere.
Alba Botanica Very Emollient Shower Gel | I love Alba Botanica products and this body wash is no exception. Most organic body washes don’t lather well so even if you have a large size you tend to blast through it because your always adding more to your puff. Alba Botanica lathers well + you don’t have use a lot so you get your money’s worth and the smell is fantastic. It comes in several other scents but Island Citrus and Honey Mango are my favorites. Alba Botanica is certified organic + cruelty free + and retails for $16.99 for 32 oz. but you can get on VitaCost now for $10.00.
Olive Oil | Let’s face it olive oil is basic and it’s not just for cooking. I use olive oil to condition my hair + and scalp + to remove eye make up + as well as a body oil. Olive oil can also be used as a base if your making essential oils. You just can’t go wrong with this multi-purpose product.
CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser | I love this cleanser and it’s become my back-up for my night routine when I’m out of my Mario Badescu Enzyme Cleansing Gel . It’s gentle enough for me to use it with my Differin Gel + and my skin feels really clean without over-drying. CeraVe is available from Ulta Beauty and retails for $14.99.
Molly’s Suds | Molly’s Suds is a chlorine free + fabric safe powder whitener. I love this because it’s not only good for whites but for my towels and light colors. I have used it in my dark’s but I wouldn’t recommend it for those brand new black jeans. Just two scoops in my regular load and everything comes out great. Molly’s suds can be found at Whole Foods, Thrive Market and Grove Collaborative and it retails for $10.00.
Well that does it for my March favorites today + thanks so much for visiting my blog + and have a great day.
